How do I know which service to book?

Choose the service that best matches your current hair and desired result. A consultation is required for major color changes, corrections, extensions, or whenever you are unsure what to select.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with your hair taken down and free of heavy oils, glue, excessive buildup, or severe tangling. Shampoo and conditioning are included with most services. Takedown, adhesive removal, or excessive detangling may require an additional fee.
Is my retainer applied to my service?

Yes. Your retainer secures your appointment and is applied toward your remaining balance. Retainers are nonrefundable and may only be transferred according to the rescheduling policy.
What happens if I am late, cancel, or miss my appointment?

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, same-day changes, and no-shows may result in the loss of your retainer, additional fees, or future booking restrictions.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The studio accepts the payment methods displayed during booking. Your retainer is applied toward the service total, and the remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.
Can I bring a guest or children?

To maintain a calm, private, and safe studio experience, please arrive alone unless your guest is also receiving a service or assistance has been approved in advance. The studio does not service children under the age of 16, and children may not accompany clients to appointments unless approved in advance.
Will photos or videos be taken during my appointment?

Content may be captured to showcase your service and final result. You are always welcome to decline media participation by communicating your preference before the service begins.
Can I book more than one service?

Yes. Add-ons should be selected while booking whenever available. For combinations that are not listed, such as color with extensions or multiple corrective services, please contact the studio before booking so enough time can be reserved.
